Supplement Plans

Supplement Plans, also known as Medigap plans, provide coverage in addition to Original Medicare. The plan pays remaining balances not paid by Original Medicare. The supplement plan you choose will determine how much of the remainder will be paid. Medicare supplements are secondary to Medicare so you are able to use any medical provider that accepts Medicare.

There are 10 types of supplement plans labeled A through N that pay for part, or all, of Medicare’s co-payments and deductibles, with Plan F being the most comprehensive. Some may cover other health care costs that Medicare does not cover, such as foreign travel emergency medical care. Contact us to discuss the best solution for your unique situation.

MEDICARE PRESCRIPTION DRUG PLANS

Medicare Prescription Drug Plans are stand-alone drug plans that add Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage to Original Medicare. Prescription Drug Plans reduce the cost of prescription drugs, vaccines, and some medical supplies not covered by Medicare Part A and Part B.  You should know that stand alone PDP plans are not all the same.  We can help you find the plan that covers your specific medications the best way.
